MLS IDX Feed Suggestions for searching for property on Norris Lake

 

For Help with navigating the Multiple Listing Service's IDX site:

 

1.  FIRST, know that only about 50% or less of the available homes for sale are listed using the Knoxville MLS....we have TONS more to let you know about.  Call or email us about our Platinum Buyer Services Program!

 

2.  SECOND, To use the site to find Norris Properties:

 

 a.  For the northern part of the lake, search Campbell and Union Counties, or these cities:

     1.  Caryville

     2.  Jacksboro

     3.  La Follette

     4.  Speedwell

 

 b.  For the southern part of the lake: search Anderson and Claiborne Counties, or these cities:

      1.  Andersonville

      2.  Maynardville

      3.  New Tazewell

      4.  Sharps Chapel

      5.  Tazewell

 

  c.  To Search the Entire Lake area, just enter the four counties: 

       Anderson, Campbell, Claiborne and Union

 

  d.  To Search specific developments, resorts or marinas, scroll down to "subdivision" and search by particular neighborhoods in which you are specifically interested. NOTE -- if the agent has not entered the correct community or left the field blank, you will miss seeing it at all if searching this way.  Other options above are recommended best.
