About Rodney & Cindy

It all started when we were younger…back when tubing on the lake was done with a boat pulling an actual inner tube from a semi tire. That was where we first realized the fun and excitement associated with spending hours and days on the water.  We have been hooked ever since.

Cindy and I have had a very wide variety of experiences that have led us to this point in our lives.  After meeting in College at Ball State University, where we were studying Art and Architecture, we have collectively been in The U.S. ARMY and The U.S. AIR FORCE. Having both worked in the Private Investigative Industry, we have been lucky enough to get to see many places that otherwise we would have missed. We have been fortunate enough to have traveled everywhere from Europe to the Bahamas, Key West and throughout the United States; yet we still choose to spend every free moment we have right here at home on Norris Lake.

 
Our free time has always brought us to the water….. Teaching our daughter and son to knee board and wakeboard, and watching them zoom across the lake on wave runners have added to the reasons we always love the lake.

So much have we been drawn to the lake that one of our life experiences has been owning, running and living on Whitman Hollow Marina for a season, here on Norris Lake in Tennessee.  Some of the absolute best times of our lives have been here on Norris.
